Moreno Glacier. 31/01 - 2/02 : The Cycling Begins

We couldn´t delay it any longer, had to get on the bikes at some point. So we cycled from El Calafate towards the Moreno Glacier. 28 miles of head-wind, sometimes as slow as 4mph, we could´ve walked faster. What a bitch. We both wanted to quit.

The next couple of days made up for it. Great cycling and camping in the middle of nowhere under clear skies. This was the reason for coming.

And at the end, the Glacier.

  2. John you could cycle faster than 4mph if you trimmed the mullet. Will, you should just hide in his brocolli shapped slipstream. Glacier looks incredible - that would keep a few rum cocktails topped up. You two have inspired me so much (yeah right) that i'm buying a decent bike through work although it does mean i have to use it.. Off to rugby training soon as well - should be interesting going back to getting smashed on and off the field. Stay safe boys and keep looking out for the elusive single chicas
